Braden is an associate lawyer at Separy Law Professional Corporation (“Separy Law P.C.”). Prior to joining Separy Law P.C., Braden articled at a full service downtown law firm.
Braden’s practice focuses on all areas related to family law including separation, divorce, child support, spousal, custody, access (child visitation), seeking a change in support obligations and amounts. He practices as a Toronto Family Lawyer in all of the major courts in Toronto, and the Greater Toronto Area (“GTA”), including, but not limited to, North York at 47 Sheppard, Toronto – 311 Jarvis, Toronto – 393 University, Newmarket, and Brampton courts. In addition to Braden’s Family Law practice, he also has experience in civil litigation and business law.
Braden received his JD degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2016. While in law school, he was a volunteer with the Community Legal Aid Services Program and Osgoode Business Clinic. He received the Harold J. Rubenstein Prize in Restitution for obtaining the highest standing in the course.
He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
In addition to his law degree, Braden also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History and International Relations from University of Toronto.
