Happy Spring and Happy Norooz from all of us Toronto Family Lawyers at Separy Law PC!

Spring is almost here! The snow has almost melted in Toronto and an end to the pandemic might be in sight. What a winter!

For our Iranian friends and family, Norooz (Persian New Year) is almost here too on March 20, 2022 — a cultural celebration of the spring equinox, marking the beginning of spring and the rebirth of nature.

Our Toronto Family Law firm and Toronto Family Lawyers celebrate Norooz and the beginning of the Iranian or Persian New Year! We are very happy to be able to say that we have done a lot of great work for our family law clients in the past year including drafting excellent and enforceable cohabitation agreements, marriage agreements, separation agreements, and obtaining and issuing Court orders that are conducive to co-parenting and setting out a roadmap for good and amicable relationships between separated spouses. We have focused on all areas of family law including but not limited to parenting issues (decision making / custody /access / parenting time), child support, spousal support, equalization of net family property (property division) in some very amicable and more complicated and disputed cases. Where amicable resolution wasn’t possible, we’ve fiercely advocated for our clients.

We’ve had one goal in the work that we do – to provide our clients with the best legal advice possible in the circumstances and ensuring that whatever family law file we take on is tackled with high attention to detail, timely responses to communication and pleasant client service. Of course, we have also been very fortunate — our clients are truly the best and give us the evidentiary support needed to do our work well. Thank you!

Although we celebrate Norooz and the beginning of the Iranian New Year with a lot of great work done for our family law clients at our law firm in the past year, we also acknowledge and send positive energy and support to the people of Ukraine and their families here in Canada.
